Fairfield Properties - Let The Renter Beware of Fairfield Property Management

At Fairfield Properties the primary objective is to separate you from your money with little regard to you - the consumer. Fairfield takes this job very seriously. With the skill of a surgeon,Fairfield Properties Management will expertly remove that green bulge from your wallet with little regard for the ethical nature or even the legality of it all - let the renter beware! You will find that there are a number of ways that this can be accomplished. Fairfield institutes the same protocol regardless of which rental property you choose to rent at. There main game is taking you for a ride, and with their skills at conning people out of their money with false promises, half-truths and lies, they are quite adept at it. Please check out the posts in this blog so that you don't fall prey to their bait and switch, false promises, and downright unethical / borderline illegal behavior.

  1. This is pretty accurate as far as it goes! My experiences were pretty appalling with Fairfield - as soon as they have your first check, they turn on you - ie. broken promises, lies, etc.

  2. im having such a problem with them right now. I've been here three months and havent received my lease agreement. they kicked my husband out of the main office when he demanded his lease agreement. there is dog poo EVERYWHERE, false complaints about us and so much more. When we moved in the apartment wasn't painted, the cabinets were crooked, and the doors were not attached.

  3. I left after a year. My apartment was in great condition. Two months later I get a bill for a new carpet....used up my whole deposit....and then some. This is some scam!!! I live in Florida now, how am I supposed to fight them. They sent me pictures of a cut up rug that bears no resemblance to my own.
